Warranty Policy

Our paddles are backed by a 6-month warranty that covers any manufacturer defects or issues with workmanship. To ensure your warranty is valid, register your product within 14 days of purchase and retain your sales receipt. In the event of a warranty claim, please email info@flightpb.com with your information and a description of the problem. Customers are responsible for shipping the paddle back for validation. It's important to note that warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes typical signs of use like scrapes, scuffs, wear on the grip, and damage such as cuts, chips, or carbon fiber degradation that occur with regular use.

  • Improper Usage: Damage resulting from improper handling, neglect, natural events, or accidents, including failure to follow the product's instructions.

  • Graphic Degradation: Fading or deterioration of graphics over time.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or repairs not carried out by Flight Pickleball or authorized personnel.

  • Unauthorized Purchases: Products bought from unauthorized dealers or in used condition.

  • Non-Original Purchasers: Warranty claims made by individuals who did not originally purchase the product.
