Warranty Policy

SIX-MONTH LIMITED PADDLE WARRANTY

Flight paddles are covered against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the original purchase date. To activate coverage, the paddle must be registered within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage, the paddle must:

  • Be purchased new from Flight or an authorized Flight retailer.
  • Be registered within 10 days of the original purchase.
  • Have valid proof of purchase.
  • Have a claim submitted within six months of the original purchase date.

What Flight Covers

This Limited Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, including core separation or failure, manufacturing-related warping or deformation, edge-guard separation, and other qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.

What's Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear or performance changes, including core softening, worn surface texture or grips, or cosmetic damage. It also does not cover accidental or impact damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by improperly installed weights or accessories.

Demo, rental, commercial-use, blemished or second-grade paddles and products originally purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

The use of weights or other accessories does not automatically void the warranty. Coverage may be denied if the accessory, modification, or its installation caused or contributed to the claimed damage.

Submitting a Claim

To begin a claim, email info@flightpb.com with your contact information, proof of purchase and registration, paddle model and serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the paddle and affected area. Flight may request additional photos or video when necessary.

Please do not ship a paddle to Flight unless return authorization and shipping instructions have been provided.

Inspection & Replacement

Flight will review the submitted information to determine whether the paddle has a qualifying manufacturing defect. If the issue cannot be confirmed remotely, Flight may require the paddle to be returned for physical inspection and will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

If Flight confirms a qualifying manufacturing defect, Flight will replace the paddle. If an inspected paddle does not qualify for coverage, the claimant is responsible for the cost of returning the paddle.

Replacement paddles inherit the remaining warranty period of the original paddle. Replacement does not restart or extend the original six-month warranty.

Transferable Coverage

Coverage follows a properly registered paddle for the remainder of its original six-month warranty period. A subsequent owner may submit a claim if the original registration and proof of purchase can be verified. Transfer does not restart or extend the warranty period.

Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Orders under $100 have a flat fee of $4.95. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with expedited options available. For any delivery issues, contact our customer service team.
